My Pandora has been playing a steady stream of 70's hits so im feeling kinda sexy and groovy. The afro covers the groovy part and this red lacy number from TaRget  (pronounced the bougie way) handles the sexy part.

Isn't is funny how pronouncing Target as TarGet has spread across the country? It's in the urban dictonary!! So is bougie...another word that has spread like wild fire, lol.....check out this definition of bougie from the urban dictionary , it had me crackin up

Please Stand By...

Welp, my computer is officially on the blink, literally. My screen is flickering like crazy and I can't see much of anything. Mind you , I just got this laptop one month ago. I know , that's crazy right....well I did kinda step on it and crack the screen, HUSH!!! And wouldn't you know I didn't get the accidental warranty!! But with alot of crying and puppy dog eyes , I was able to work something out with my local electronics store :) So... I tell you all this to say that I will be putting my computer in the shop and they estimate it will be at least a week to replace the screen, so bare with me everyone....if my blogging slows down a bit its because I'm under construction, lol. However please continue to check back as I will be attempting to use my old computer ...cross your fingers. Take A Cleansing Breath

Last summer I had this brilliant idea that I was going wear all white every day until Labor Day.....well that lasted about a week. After about 5 spills, 3 splatters and 2 tiny hand prints I was done with white lol. Don't Get Too Comfortable

I don't know about yall , but I believe in keeping it sexy. I'm not saying you have to walk around like your posing for playboy 24-7 but please don't let baggy jeans and a t-shirt become your signature look.  Instead of sleeping in those sweat pants every nite try some boy shorts and a tank, or better yet His t-shirt and some panties :) I guess what I'm trying to say is , don't get too comfortable because comfortable sometimes leads to boring. The Power of a Poncho

I don't know about you , but being a child of the 70's one of my favorite fashion staples was a crochet poncho, yes I said crochet! I can remember being like 6 years old having dinner with my family at Ponderosa, and thinking I was being highly fashionable and cute by taking the parsley from the garnish on my plate and sticking it in my poncho, lmao. Even back then I knew the importance of accessorizing.

.::Mysterious Lady::.

This is the last post in the "30 things every woman should know or have by the time shes 30" series. I hope you all have enjoyed it. I really appreciate all of the in-world feed back given to me from friends, family, and fans. Perhaps we can come up with another series soon :) As I said at the start of the series , these tips are not in order of importance, so don't think you have to put these final 3 tips at the top of your list, or on your list at all. But I do hope I've helped someone evolve in some way. And I hope that you all remember that a woman has many hats. We have the mother hat, wife hat, sister hat, daughter hat, teacher hat, diva hat and so many more. Me, myself I wear all my hats at any given time necessary because I'm every woman all rolled up into one cute bundle. But you on the other hand may realize that all hats don't fit you, and believe me , if you can figure out what hat fits you best...your ahead of the game and well on your way to having a wonderful decade in your 30's.

28. Know that it's ok to say yes to something you never thought you would. Your turn-ons and turn-offs can change-alot. So what if being tied up sounded creepy before, doesn't mean you can't be intrigued by the idea now.

29. When to cry... There's an unlimited number of reasons you should. To do anything about any of that you have to stop crying eventually. You'll know when.
