OK guys , tell me if this has ever happened to you. Your browsing thru your inventory and you come across a store that you haven't been to in a while so you say "hmmm, let me go see if they have anything new". You tp there only to end up in water or a deserted patch of grass. OR you could be like me and end up in a fabulous boutique. Thats what happened to me today , I was trying to get to a store, which shall remain nameless, and ended up at ViLada . You all may be familiar with this store , but its new to me and I absolutely love it. As soon as I landed I knew I had stumbled across a gem. The decor was quaint and tasteful. Thank goodness rl was calling so I didn't get the whole store...but expect to see me in more of Belen Clarringtons' stunning creations :)

Ok, now its time to get down to the juicy details about being 30.  If you ask me being 30 is better than being in your 20's because you become more sure of yourself and you take less bullshit from people.  By 30 you've had your heart broken 1 or 5 times so thats seasoning. If you're smart you left all those broken pieces in the past. Don't clutter your new relationships with damage from the past, but you already knew that....Lets see  if you knew the next 3 things that every woman should know or have by the time they are 30

Pretty Woman

Did you ever wonder why so many women will say that their favorite movie is Pretty Woman? I must admit I do adore that movie, but lets review the story line.....Here we have a young girl lets say from Ohio, who travels to Hollywood and becomes a prostitute. I don't recall any career ambitions , like to get enough money to go to law school or some other far fetched idea....nope its just her and Kitt out there working the drive trying to make enough money to "get outta here". Sooo along comes handsome Edward and he needs directions to Beverly Hills. He sees Vivian (not even a good prostitute name) takes her to his penthouse where he offers her a business proposition , takes her shopping on Rodeo Drive and then falls in love with her, and they live happily ever after. Bravo....you just watched a movie that depicts prostitution as a glamorous fairytale. Do you really want your little girl to aspire to become a woman of the night in hopes of being rescued by a wealthy man? Well as I said in the beginning , I love the movie....I actually have the soundtrack in my CD rotation, lol. Pretty Woman is a classic and no amount of criticizing will change that !! I'm justsayin

I decided to blog about 30 things a woman should have or know by the time shes 30. The idea originally started from an old Glamour Magazine article and I thought it would be great to bring it to you guys. Sounds fun right, interesting? Feel free to comment and add your own thoughts to the list. These are not in any sort of order so #1 is not necessarily most important...I'm just going off the top of my head. My 100th Post!

(Sensi takes out her acceptance speech and tissue) OMG, I can't believe this is happening....100 posts ago I never could have imagined how much fun this would be! (Dabs away a tear) First of all I'd like to thank all of my loyal readers, It has been your interest and support that keeps me going. So many of you have left me messages in world letting me know how much you've enjoyed an entry, or that you found a store on my blog you never knew existed. It means so much to me to know that I am helping and making a contrubition to the fashion community in some small way. One Starry Nite

It was a starry nite....you know the kind when the mood is right, and Darren asked if I wanted to go out dancing oooh weee. The attire was formal, to me that translates into grown and sexy sooo... I remembered a dress I had bought in hopes of dazzling my husband in it some day. The stunning dress by Orage Creations was love at first sight. Im not sure how old or new it is but it dosent matter, its HOTTT! Anyway we got to the party and danced the night away under the stars ...the end :)

Sexy Secretary

If I was a secretary I think I'd be the type sitting behind a big desk with nail polish and magazines in my top drawer. I'd be sitting there chewing watermelon flavored hubba bubba ( do they still make that?) Possibly twirling it around my finger. The first 3 buttons would be undone on my blouse or I'd have on a tight sweater and a mini skirt with kitten heels no stockings of course. I'd call my mom all day and use the company discounts to book hotels for various casinos in Vegas and Atlantic City. And I'd also be wearing some cute glasses, you know the kind that make you look smart yet sexy. Of course the only person I'd be a secretary for is my hubby and I'm sure he's the only one that would put up with all of that foolishness, lol. Anyway TDR Blue and Vive9 Made my day for this post ......
